U&I is a Global Learning Network for our Customer Universe to participate, experience, and learn.
It is designed as a “Docuvision” to make it a dynamic instrument, promoting the process of Innovation & Transformation. It could be a Management Book, or a TV Show, or a Blog, or a Participative Innovation Network, or a Learning / Knowledge Resource at different points in time for different segments of audience, depending upon the type of content that they are interested to access or collaborate on.
The proposed framework aims at building the Innovation Network within and outside an enterprise of our Customer Universe. This is the process of innovation that organizations and individuals need to adopt, to succeed in their initiatives, creating experiential learning. The format is divided into eight chapters:

- Thriving or Surviving: Surviving thinks of the present with a reflection of the past, whereas, Thriving thinks of the future with a departure from the present. This question is raised to explore how organizations think; which essentially sets the context for Growth and Transformation.
- Unleashing Imagination: Exploring how organizations unleash their Collective Imagination – the most potent weapon to strategy formation. This will include digging deeper into the realms of iterations between strategic intent and strategems.
- Unconditional Investigation: Exploring how an enterprise is involved collectively in Invention, Innovation, and Improvisation concurrently. The criticality lies in uncovering the un-conditionality of the initiatives.
- Usability Introspection: Exploring the effectiveness and scientific feasibility of the approaches to metrics and measurement, where metrics are designed for proactive / responsive rather than reactive use.
- Unravelling Incubation: Exploring how well the five dimensions of New Ideas / Concepts, Strategic Business Objectives, New Business Opportunities, New Business Events and / or Existing Business Problems shape the “Mind to Market” and “Time to Market” programs leading envisioning and planning processes of strategies.
- Using Implementation: Exploring the success of planning an enterprise implementation strategy. The idea is to generate insights on the effectiveness of the strategies planned.
- Upscaling Institutionalization: Exploring how an enterprise grows continuously and concurrently and generates value (Customer, People, Process, and Financials as well as the Pipeline of Intellectual Property (IP) represented by the Mind 2 Market (M2M) and Time 2 Market (T2M) measures on a Balanced Score Card).
- Strategies from the heart -Management from the Mind: Reconnoitering how strategies can become effective and touch the lives of the people in and outside the enterprise.
The Six Stages of Innovation are sandwiched between Intent and the Actions; bridging the Potential with the Performance. The "Docuvision" therefore presents reality content, experience, and realization. In the process, creating learning for its audience and inspiring their Innovation Management Process in a real-time mode.
